Responsibilities For WoS performance tuning/optimization Customer Engineer

  • Provide timely and accurate answer to customer inquiries
  • Help customer for device performance tuning and Software optimization
  • Assists in publishing product technical documentation
  • Demonstrates Qualcomm products and offerings to customers
  • Provide support to customers/distributors with design, development and debug Qualcomm software related issues
  • Work closely with external customers and internal teams for problem-resolving

Requirements For WoS performance tuning/optimization Customer Engineer

Python
Java
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years Software development experience in wireless, telecommunications, semiconductor industry or Microsoft Windows performance optimization
  • Experience in C/C++ programming and Windows performance tuning/optimization
  • Good understanding of Windows Operating System including Scheduler or Graphics
  • Familiar with Windows Processor Power Management
  • Familiar with Window performance analyzing related tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
