Responsibilities For PIC Characterization Engineer

  • Perform optical and electrical testing of PICs, including insertion loss, polarization behavior, and response time
  • Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and prepare detailed reports
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
  • Work with team members and external foundries to provide feedback on device performance
  • Document experiments, results, and methodologies
  • Conduct measurements in cryogenic environments
  • Assist in packaging of photonic devices

Requirements For PIC Characterization Engineer

Python
  • M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering, Physics, Photonics, or related field
  • 3+ years hands-on experience in characterization of photonic integrated circuits
  • Proficiency in Python programming
  • Experience in laboratory environment
  • Familiarity with cryogenic testing equipment
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
