Manufacturing Testing Software Engineer

Quantum, a Nasdaq-listed company (QMCO), is seeking a Manufacturing Testing Software Engineer to join their Advanced Manufacturing team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining software for product testing during manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with contract manufacturers, manufacturing engineering, design engineering, and supply chain teams. Key responsibilities include developing test code using various programming languages, participating in PCBA test strategy design, and ensuring quality control through production yield monitoring.

This hybrid position is based in Zapopan, Mexico, offering a flexible work arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. The role requires strong technical skills in software development, particularly in languages like Python, C++, and SQL, combined with knowledge of electrical testing and manufacturing processes.
