Data & AI Engineer

Quisitive, a global Microsoft services and solutions partner, is seeking a Data & AI Engineer to join their forward-thinking Data & Artificial Intelligence focused delivery team. This role involves leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to transform customers' business strategies into reality. As a Data & AI Engineer, you'll align with Quisitive's delivery team in technical platform engineering and supporting solution implementations for customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing development support for AI Delivery programs and solutions
• Supporting Microsoft Generative AI strategic and technical conversations with customers
• Facilitating customer AI Assessments and recommending Generative AI solutions
• Sharing expert perspective with business leaders to guide strategic decisions
• Engineering Data & AI technical solutions with high performance, security, and scalability
• Influencing customer engagement and decisions to adopt Microsoft solutions
• Collaborating with sales and technical teams to identify opportunities and develop IP

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in Microsoft cloud technology solutions and consulting
• Expertise in analytics technologies like Azure OpenAI, SQL Server, Azure Synapse, Azure ML, and more
• Experience with multiple model companies and AI tools
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and best practices
• Ability to assess customers' Azure platform knowledge and cloud readiness
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
