Description For Fullstack Software Engineer

Quorum is a dynamic software company revolutionizing government affairs through innovative workflow solutions. As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you'll join a 100+ person development team working on mission-critical solutions used by over 2,000 customers globally, including 50% of Fortune 100 companies.

You'll work across the full technology stack using Python, Django, PostgreSQL, AWS, and React to develop and maintain data scrapers and spiders. The role focuses on ensuring efficient and accurate data collection from online sources while meeting client SLAs. You'll collaborate with engineering and product teams to design and launch new features, contributing to both backend services and frontend interfaces.

The position offers a clear growth trajectory: from shipping code in your first week to taking ownership of entire feature sets within six months. You'll eventually help guide broad technical decisions impacting the company's stack and products. The team values quality, documentation, testing, and security best practices.

Working in a remote-first environment, you'll join a collaborative culture that emphasizes both professional development and personal relationships. The company offers comprehensive benefits including flexible PTO, mental health support, and professional development opportunities. Quorum stands out for its commitment to pay equity through a "No Negotiation" policy and its focus on building an inclusive, diverse workplace.

This role is perfect for an experienced developer who values continuous learning, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to make a real impact in the government affairs space. You'll be part of a team that not only builds innovative solutions but also maintains high data quality standards crucial for informed policy decisions.
