Database Reliability Engineer (DBRE)

As a DBRE, you'll be responsible for crucial database infrastructure tasks including cluster optimization, monitoring implementation, security management, and performance tuning. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in MongoDB, including knowledge of indexes, query plans, CRUD operations, and the Aggregation Framework. Experience with automation tools, particularly Python and Ansible, is essential.

The role involves collaboration with SRE and DevOps teams, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You'll be part of the on-call rotation, providing 24/7 support when needed, with occasional travel (less than 10%).
