Senior AWS DevOps Engineer

Rackspace Technology is seeking a Senior AWS DevOps Engineer to deliver cloud transformational outcomes to clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in a consulting role, leading engineers to deliver automated, secure, and robust cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing scalable software services
• Assessing client needs and recommending technology solutions
• Executing cloud engineering tasks within migration sprint cycles
• Building new customer cloud solutions using cloud-native components
• Presenting architecture to external stakeholders
• Leading critical deployments and aligning with customers
• Managing the production change approval process

Technical requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience with AWS
• Experience with large-scale system design
• Proficiency in Terraform, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of AWS services, IAM roles, and security best practices
• Experience with GitHub repositories and automated code testing
