Sr Service Now Developer III-IN

The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of experience and will work on various projects including cloud integrated services, customer interaction platforms, and backend business systems. They will collaborate with Product teams to assess functional requirements, analyze technical feasibility, and coordinate task assignments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Architecting production-ready software with minimal direction
• Establishing and adhering to coding and process best practices
• Leading research, proof of concept, and prototype efforts
• Gaining support for complex architectures and negotiating solution tradeoffs
• Working within a DevOps culture, including on-call rotations

Required skills:

• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its core modules
• Proficiency in ServiceNow's scripting languages and API
• Experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and experience automating ITIL processes
• Expertise in setting up ServiceNow connections across various cloud environments
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and React for front-end development
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
