Responsibilities For AWS Support Engineer III
- Design, implement, and optimize cloud architectures for performance, security, and scalability
- Conduct Well-Architected Framework reviews
- Resolve critical issues in hybrid environments and multi-region setups
- Debug Lambda functions, API Gateway configurations, and advanced AWS services
- Implement advanced security measures and conduct security audits
- Develop CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure
- Design and test failover strategies and disaster recovery mechanisms
- Manage EKS clusters and Kubernetes objects
- Provide technical guidance to Level 1 and 2 engineers
- Implement resource tagging strategies and cost management
Requirements For AWS Support Engineer III
- Deep understanding of AWS core services and advanced features
- Strong expertise in AWS automation, scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell), and CLI
- Experience with AWS CloudFormation and Terraform
- Knowledge of AWS security best practices, IAM, and networking
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional (Preferred)
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional (Preferred)
