Responsibilities For Cloud Database Engineer I
- Database installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Performance monitoring and query optimization
- Managing user access, permissions, roles, and auditing
- Troubleshooting database-related problems

Requirements For Cloud Database Engineer I
- In-depth understanding of RDBMS components and database architecture
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (document DB/Graph databases/Key-value pair databases)
- Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures
- In-depth understanding of public cloud platforms and databases
- Familiarity with scripting languages (T-SQL, PLSQL, PowerShell, Python)
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP)
- Proficiency in database backup and recovery concepts
- Knowledge of database security concepts, access controls, and encryption
- Understanding of High Availability and Disaster Recovery concepts
- Proven working experience as a Database Administrator
