Responsibilities For Professional Services Delivery Engineer II - AWS DevOps
- Automate deployments utilizing custom templates and modules for customer environments on AWS
- Architect AWS environment best practices and deployment methodologies
- Create automation tools and processes to improve day to day functions
- Educate customers on AWS and Rackspace best practices and architecture
- Ensure control, integrity, and accessibility of the cloud environment
- Mentor and assist Rackers across the Cloud Function
- Quality check development of technical training
- Provide technical expertise in communications to various stakeholders
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development Consultants
Requirements For Professional Services Delivery Engineer II - AWS DevOps
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree
- AWS Associate level Certificates
- 4+ years of experience in Professional Services/Enterprise DevOps/CloudOps
- Expert knowledge of AWS Products & Services
- Proficient in Python, Linux, Shell scripting
- Experience with git and git workflows
- Strong skills in Terraform/IaC and CI/CD practices
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible
- Experience with monitoring tools like AppDynamics, CloudWatch, ELK
- Knowledge of AWS services (VPC, Route 53, EC2, EKS, RDS, etc.)
