We're seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join our AI product team, where you'll build innovative interfaces that empower healthcare professionals with powerful AI tools.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll work at the intersection of AI infrastructure and full-stack products, collaborating with a talented team of engineers, researchers, and product specialists. You'll develop solutions using modern technologies including React/TypeScript frontend and FastAPI Python backend, while ensuring compliance with HIPAA requirements.
The role requires 6+ years of full-stack engineering experience and deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and modern web architectures. You'll be instrumental in implementing AI solutions, monitoring model behavior, and creating tools that directly impact patient care.

Responsibilities For Staff Software Engineer, AI Products
- Developing AI solutions to streamline healthcare tasks and improve patient care
- Implementing AI solutions in full-stack applications
- Implementing tools to monitor model behavior and performance
- Writing high quality code for a HIPAA web environment
- Working with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX researchers, and customer success
Requirements For Staff Software Engineer, AI Products
- 6+ years of industry full stack engineering experience
- In-depth knowledge of Javascript/TypeScript, Python and FastAPI
- Knowledge of relational and document based databases
- Knowledge of modern web architecture and best practices
- Fluency with HTML, CSS, responsive design
- Experience with data modeling and data pipeline design
- Experience with unit and integration testing
- Strong version control skills using git
- Excellent communication and technical coordination skills
