Radar is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive strategic customer implementations and timely value realization for our largest enterprise customers. As a technical subject matter expert in a post-sales capacity, you'll advise on architecture and provide creative solutions that establish strong foundations for long-term customer success.
In this role, you'll solve unique technical problems without a playbook and implement robust solutions that unlock sticky use cases and the power of location context for our Fortune 500 customer base. You'll be based in NYC at our Union Square headquarters, working Monday-Thursday in the office with the option to work from home on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the Radar platform and function as a technical subject matter expert for enterprise customers
- Manage strategic customer implementations from start to finish, ensuring high-value use cases are realized
- Identify novel solutions that demonstrate a deep understanding of our customer's business problems
- Act as a consultative technical partner to nurture post-sales relationships and drive long-term customer success
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve implementation goals
- Proactively seek opportunities to align Radar's product capabilities with customer needs
- Improve solution engineering processes and internal assets
Requirements:
- 1+ years of professional work experience
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming (e.g., Swift, Node, JavaScript, Python)
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with initiative to get things done
- Solid project management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
