We're seeking an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to support our customers and join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers.
As a DevSecOps Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end cluster and application lifecycles, ensuring secure and efficient processes. You'll collaborate with clients, design and implement Kubernetes or Docker solutions, build CI/CD pipelines, and apply GitOps principles for software delivery. You'll also ensure that development and software continuous delivery and integrations use security best practices throughout the process, meeting security requirements and DOD standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement end-to-end cluster and application lifecycles
- Design and implement Kubernetes or Docker solutions
- Build CI/CD pipelines for smooth software updates
- Apply GitOps principles for software delivery
- Ensure security best practices in development and software delivery
- Meet STIG or DOD required security standards
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant hands-on experience
- Experience with AWS and cloud technologies
- Good grasp of Agile, DevOps, and DevSecOps methodologies
- Networking experience
- Experience or knowledge of Service-Mesh, such as Istio
- Good knowledge of version control systems like Gitlab
- Experience in software systems development using CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Java, Node.js, Terraform Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Python
- Proficiency in tools like AWS Cloud Services, Gitlab, Ansible, Maven, Gradle
- Experience with Unit/Integration Testing
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code
- Ability to obtain a Security+ certification within 90 days of employment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or a related field
- Active Secret security clearance
