Ramp, the ultimate platform for modern finance teams, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Growth team. As a core part of Ramp's engineering-driven company, you'll be at the forefront of developing growth technology to multiply efforts across sales and marketing teams.

In this role, you'll be responsible for growing Ramp to its next millions of users through innovative growth technology. You'll scale sales and marketing functions using software, drive business goals through experiments and metric-driven development, and work in a small, cross-functional team. As a senior engineer, you'll also lead and mentor other engineers across various teams.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in software development, with a track record of shipping fast, reliable, real-time applications. You should be able to improvise and develop creative solutions when common approaches fail, valuing pragmatism over idealism in times of uncertainty. A perpetual curiosity and passion for honing your craft are essential.
