As a Front-end Developer, you'll play a crucial role in building and maintaining scalable applications that help strengthen the relationship between merchants and their customers.
The position requires a seasoned professional with 4+ years of experience in front-end development, particularly with TypeScript, NodeJS, and React technologies. You'll be working remotely, collaborating with a team of passionate professionals to create high-quality interfaces and robust engineering solutions.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining the front-end application, creating marketing pages, and working closely with designers to transform concepts into clean, efficient code. You'll need to be comfortable with both web and mobile development, using technologies like NextJS and ReactNative.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys tackling complex problems and can take ownership of projects from design to deployment. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in EST hours are essential. Experience with back-end APIs and communication technologies (Twilio, SMTP, SMS, VoIP) is a plus.

Responsibilities For Front-end Developer (Full time, Philippine-based Candidates Only)
- Develop, ship and maintain RareCircles' front-end application
- Develop, ship and maintain high quality interfaces for our marketing pages
- Work with designers to transform ideas and design into modern, clean and readable code
- Implement robust engineering solutions with thoughtful designs across the full-stack
- Shepherd products from design and specification to live deployments
- Become a key stakeholder and advance multiple front-end products simultaneously
- Be an autonomous individual with a proactive attitude and receptiveness to feedback
Requirements For Front-end Developer (Full time, Philippine-based Candidates Only)
- Must have 4+ years of experience building scalable front-end applications
- Strong front-end development experience building, running, and debugging web applications using functional programming in NextJS, NodeJS
- Strong experience in debugging and optimizing NextJS performance issues
- Experience in developing native mobile apps using ReactNative / Expo + Tamagui
- Strong experience in building reliable, performant, maintainable, and testable code
- High attention to detail in translating designs to implementation
- Experience with back-end APIs and integration work is considered a strong plus
- Proficient in english with good writing and communication skills
- Work in Eastern Standard North American time zone
- Willingness to work hard and achieve very ambitious goals
- Passion about performance, user experience and design
- Familiarity with current trends and best practices in front-end architecture
