Responsibilities For Junior Build Engineer

  • Assist in developing and improving automation solutions
  • Help enhance developer workflows
  • Support in extending and improving existing build processes and systems
  • Diagnose and fix errors in developer or continuous integration workflows
  • Maintain and improve existing tools written in Python and other scripting languages
  • Analyse, communicate, and assist with build results and issues
  • Contribute to improving continuous integration processes using Jenkins
  • Research new tools, techniques, and processes

Requirements For Junior Build Engineer

Python
  • Strong interest in debugging and problem-solving
  • Knowledge of programming and scripting languages such as Python and C++
  • Good initiative, self-motivation, and organisational skills
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Logical and technical mind with ability to break down problems
  • Passion to develop, maintain and further build systems and tools
