As a Sr Software Engineer (Credit Card) at RecargaPay, you will:

• Write well designed, testable, efficient code using best software development practices
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Create and maintain software documentation
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies
• Teach, mentor, grow, and provide advice to other domain experts and individual contributors
• Solve complex technical problems for your sub-department
• Look for innovation opportunities and experiment with new solutions
• Propose technical implementations to solve scaling and performance problems
• Guide conversations to remove blockers and encourage collaboration
• Expose the work of the sub-department and its business impact internally
