Sr Backend Developer - Node.js & TypeScript

Redbee is seeking a Senior Backend Developer to join their dynamic team, focusing on Node.js and TypeScript development. The role is part of a leading retail company pioneering in innovation and digital transformation.

As a Senior Backend Developer, you'll be integrated into an agile, multidisciplinary team working specifically in the Shipping & WMS area. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing robust and efficient architectures that drive real business impact. The position requires a strong technical background in backend development, with expertise in Node.js and TypeScript, as well as experience with distributed systems and various design patterns.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in both relational and NoSQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL and MongoDB, and understand how to integrate them into scalable architectures. You should be comfortable with modern development practices and patterns such as CQRS, Event Sourcing, and Sagas. Experience with frontend technologies like React or Angular is a plus.
