Instrumentation and Controls Design Engineer

As an Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) Design Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in designing and implementing control systems for our chemical processing facilities. Your responsibilities will span from creating detailed designs and specifying instruments to collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. You'll contribute to I&C system designs, develop construction and as-built drawings, maintain specifications, and participate in safety analyses. Your expertise will be vital in reviewing P&IDs, supporting the controls engineering team, and troubleshooting complex systems.

We're looking for a candidate with a strong background in engineering, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering. You should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in I&C systems for chemical processing plants. Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD and REVIT, is essential. Familiarity with industry standards like ISA, NEC, and ANSI is crucial.
