This role bridges the gap between top-tier Machine Learning Researchers and Software Engineers, moving fluidly between both disciplines to steward groundbreaking Machine Learning and AI capabilities to real users in production.
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience bringing ML models to fruition in an industry setting, with a well-developed intuition about how to best make it happen. Regrello is building a global operating network that enables supply-chain companies to collaborate within one platform. Their product includes a workflow engine, forms engine, and AI engine that monitor complex processes across thousands of workflows, identify inefficiencies, and drive optimization in a constantly-shifting supply chain landscape.
The company offers a competitive salary range of $165,000 - $220,000, based on experience, qualifications, and location. Responsibilities For Machine Learning Engineer

Requirements For Machine Learning Engineer
- Bachelors in Computer Science or Software Engineering with a 3.5+ GPA
- 3+ years of industry experience scaling and deploying ETL pipelines or Deep Learning models for real-world scenarios
- Strong experience in training deep learning models in distributed multi-node GPU environments
- Proficient with data engineering technologies, including Spark and Airflow
- Familiarity with Python and PyTorch, Tensorflow, or JAX
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
