We're seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI-research team in a role that bridges ML Research and Software Engineering. The position offers a competitive salary range of $165,000 - $220,000 plus equity, focusing on productionizing novel deep learning models for complex tabular datasets.

The role requires 3+ years of experience in MLOps and deep learning deployment, with expertise in distributed GPU environments and data engineering technologies. You'll be working with a team of veterans from Oracle, Palantir, Apple, Amazon, and Microsoft, building solutions that process $13T of annual shipments in the supply chain industry.

Our company is backed by prestigious investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Tiger Global, Dell, Bloomberg, and Ram Sriram, providing both startup agility and longer-term stability with a 2-3 year runway. We're building a global operating network that includes a workflow engine, forms engine, and AI engine to optimize supply chain processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving complex problems.
