Principal System Software Engineer, Backend

Regrello is seeking a Principal System Software Engineer for backend development. In this role, you'll design, develop, and scale backend systems using Go, Postgres, Redis, and GraphQL. You'll work closely with senior and junior engineers, lead projects, participate in design discussions, and communicate with customers. The company is reimagining supply chain automation, addressing a $220-billion market opportunity. Regrello's product includes a workflow engine, forms engine, and upcoming AI engine to optimize supply-chain collaboration.

Key responsibilities include:

Requirements:

• M.S. in Computer Science (or B.S. with substantial experience)
• 5+ years of industry experience in backend software engineering
• Expertise in large-scale data systems and SaaS architecture
• Fluency with databases, APIs, and modern backend technologies (Go and GraphQL preferred)
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for continuous learning
