As a Backend Founding Engineer, you'll work closely with the CTO to shape the backend infrastructure and machine learning models. You'll focus on building robust backend systems, integrating with the LLM stack, and ensuring high scalability and performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining a scalable backend infrastructure using Python
- Integrating LLMs into the backend for core product features
- Collaborating on backend feature development
- Developing automation, deployment, and testing tools
- Owning key parts of the backend platform
The tech stack includes Python, LLM integrations with Qdrant for vector data, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Postgres, and MongoDB.
Ideal candidates have experience with Python backend systems, are passionate about generative AI, value high-quality code, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience with product-led growth, DevOps, and LLMs is a plus.
