Senior Technical Sales Engineer

As a Senior Technical Sales Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the company's future product lines and advancing large-scale additive manufacturing capabilities.

In this position, you'll work at the intersection of hardware and software, collaborating with a diverse team of robotics engineers, data scientists, systems engineers, welders, and material scientists. You'll be responsible for evaluating the feasibility of advanced manufacturing services, developing project concepts, and engaging with customers to meet their requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Shaping Relativity's focus for future product lines
2. Identifying and developing standard and non-standard services
3. Engaging with technical and non-technical customer representatives
4. Developing and negotiating statements of work and technical requirements
5. Initiating and driving new customer programs

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in an Engineering-related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role
• Experience in structures development, including design requirements, CAD, structural analysis, and additive manufacturing
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical topics in layman's terms
• Curiosity and creativity to facilitate innovative solutions
• The ability to meet strict deadlines
