You'll be part of the Production team, reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in developing and improving manufacturing, integration, and supply chain processes. Responsibilities For Sr. Manufacturing Engineer (Mechanical)

  • Build, integrate, test, diagnose, inspect, and maintain mechanical, electromechanical, and electrical/avionics assemblies
  • Collaborate with electrical/avionics, mechanical, and radar design teams
  • Represent production organization in design reviews
  • Assure product and process quality through testing and standards development
  • Improve integration and manufacturing processes
  • Resolve product non-conformances and implement root-cause corrective actions

Requirements For Sr. Manufacturing Engineer (Mechanical)

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, systems, or industrial engineering
  • 5+ years of manufacturing, design, and/or testing experience
  • Understanding of aerospace manufacturing, processing, and materials knowledge
  • Experience troubleshooting complex electrical/avionics, mechanical, and radar products
  • Manufacturing experience in safety-critical environment
  • 2+ years experience with CAD and PLM software
  • Must be willing to travel 10% of the time
