At Reltio, we're seeking a Customer Engineer to provide expert technical support to high-value customers and partners. This role involves resolving complex issues, ensuring system health, and sharing knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction and product improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling complex technical problems involving configuration, workflow compilation, lambda code debugging, integration, and JSON knowledge
- Resolving customer technical issues through research, reproduction, and troubleshooting
- Providing alternate solutions and exercising independent judgment
- Serving as a subject matter expert in multiple product features
- Participating in rapid response teams and monitoring tenant-level alerting tools
- Providing input on product and service-related enhancements
- Participating in 24/7 on-call rotation and weekend shifts as needed
- Authoring technical documents and contributing to the knowledge base
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience with MDM solutions, supporting enterprise products in SaaS, public clouds, REST APIs, and integration tools
- Experience in data management, analytics, and big data platforms
- Hands-on programming skills (Python, Java)
- Experience with RESTful API development, debugging, and web UI development
