Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

Reltio is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to join their IT Support & Operations team in Bangalore, India. This role is responsible for providing a broad range of technical support and implementation for IT infrastructure and services including network, telecom, office security, audio/video, and more.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building, supporting, and sustaining the internal IT corporate infrastructure
• Managing network equipment, physical office security systems, audio/video systems, and telephony services
• Performing daily operations duties such as configuration, monitoring, patching, and upgrading infrastructure
• Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving network problems
• Managing physical security card access for employees and guests
• Supporting audio/video systems for office conference rooms and all-hands meeting events
• Providing employee technical support in the India office and other regions
• Onboarding new hires and offboarding departing employees
• Identity management including password resets and lockouts
• Training end-users on new technologies

The ideal candidate should have:

• An associate degree in computer science, network engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of hands-on experience supporting IT infrastructure and IT support services
• Experience with telecom systems
• Cisco CCNA or Meraki network certifications
• Knowledge of security card access systems and IP cameras
• Experience supporting audio-video systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills with both Windows and Mac devices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
