Reltio is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Customer Lifecycle Management team. This role focuses on automating the lifespan of a customer, including developing solutions for provisioning and de-provisioning cloud assets, monitoring resource usage, and ensuring configuration compliance with best practices and contract entitlements.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be technically responsible for feature delivery, which includes:
- Designing feature implementation
- Driving technical decisions and development
- Ensuring proper test coverage
- Collaborating with QA to review testing approaches
- Creating and maintaining internal feature documentation
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work
- Design, develop, and deliver complex features
- Conduct regular code reviews and mentor other developers
- Provide comprehensive unit and integration testing
- Make daily technical decisions
- Communicate professionally with cross-functional team representatives
- Provide support in areas under your responsibility
Required skills:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise application design and development
- Proven ability to deliver solutions and offer implementation support
- 2-3 years of experience building scalable distributed data systems using Java and Cloud Technology
- Strong technical background with enterprise customer development experience
- Expertise in Java (Java 11 and above) and Java Runtime basics
- Ability to provide technical mentorship and leadership to junior team members
- Hands-on technical skills, comfortable reviewing and writing code
Preferred skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their services
- Familiarity with managed databases and queue services
- Experience with Python, Airflow, and Node.js
- Knowledge of cloud security principles
- Strong foundation in computer science, algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems
- Experience in performance optimization and Java application runtime analysis
- Customer support experience in SaaS
- MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
