Staff Software Engineer

As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll be a key player in the Core Platform development team, responsible for building and enhancing large, complex components of the MDM platform. Your role will involve working closely with Product Managers to shape product roadmaps, driving the design and development of features, and providing technical leadership across the organization.

Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality features, championing engineering excellence, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure robust deployment and clear documentation. You'll also have the opportunity to present designs for new initiatives in global architect forums and actively shape the architecture of both your work area and the broader product.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in designing and developing products for enterprise customers, with at least 4 years focused on building large-scale distributed data systems using Java and cloud technologies. Strong competencies in algorithms, data structures, and software design are essential, as is experience with major cloud service providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
