Lead Software Engineer (m/f/d)

The company is seeking a founding engineer/CTO to take ownership of their technical direction and drive growth to 10M ARR within the next 5 years. This is a unique opportunity to join a successful startup at a pivotal moment in its growth journey.

The role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic thinking. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing technology strategies, leading technical functions, and building a high-performing engineering team. The position requires regular interaction with customers to ensure their needs are met, while also maintaining and improving a scalable tech stack.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in coding. You should have a proven track record in building outstanding products, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience with DevOps processes are essential.
