The role involves processing terabytes of both off-chain and on-chain data from millions of users and thousands of applications. You'll be responsible for creating complex SQL queries, building data pipelines, and developing analytics tools that drive growth across all verticals. The position requires strong expertise in data engineering, with 5+ years of experience in analytics and 3+ years with SQL templating engines.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of software engineering principles, cloud services, and data manipulation using Python. Experience with blockchain technology and on-chain protocols is a plus. Responsibilities For Data Engineer
- Write complex SQL queries for on-chain and off-chain data analytics
- Create dashboards and tools for data discoverability and KR tracking
- Perform deep-dive analysis and share with internal stakeholders
- Design and implement onchain data infrastructure
- Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines
- Write data health-checks and alerts
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders
Requirements For Data Engineer
- 5+ years experience in analytics stack within fast-paced environment
- 3+ years production experience with SQL templating engines and distributed query engines
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices
- Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure services
- Proficiency in Python and data manipulation libraries
- Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously
