As a Frontend Engineer at Reserv, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our technology platform's future. We're seeking a passionate engineer with 5+ years of experience who excels in frontend development and has a keen eye for UI/UX design. You'll work with modern technologies including React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and NextJS to create exceptional user experiences.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, growth-oriented, and excited about UI/UX development. You'll collaborate across teams, mentor junior engineers, and have the opportunity to influence our engineering culture. Responsibilities For Frontend Engineer
- Work with tech stack: React, Typescript, Ruby on Rails, Postgres, GraphQL, NextJS, AWS
- Help distill core customer interactions for product success
- Ship code that improves developer experience
- Build frontend and backend components for Reserv integration
- Deploy code continuously
- Collaborate with product ops, design, and sales teams
- Mentor junior engineers
- Communicate ideas through detailed writing
- Influence culture, values, and processes of growing engineering team
Requirements For Frontend Engineer
- 5+ years of professional experience shipping user-facing features or products as a front end or full-stack developer
- Strong demonstrated ability to ship high-quality products
- Passion for building intuitive technology and a thirst for learning
- Ability to think through customer requirements and prioritize effectively
- Strong technical skillset with willingness to take on tasks outside core competency
- Demonstrated fluency with web technologies including TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Next.js, React, and GraphQL
