Software Engineer Lead

Resource Innovations, a women-led energy transformation firm, is seeking a Software Engineer Lead to join their mission-driven team. This role offers both remote and in-office options in Madison, WI or Chicago, IL. The position focuses on building complex business applications using Laravel, Vue, and Tailwind CSS frameworks to support energy efficiency programs.

The ideal candidate will lead software architecture and development efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that advance the company's core pillars of Climate Change, Equity, Innovation, and Scale & Impact. You'll be responsible for ensuring best practices in performance, security, and scalability while mentoring junior developers and contributing to the team's continuous learning culture.
