  • Maintain product feedback loop by collecting and organizing product gap information
  • Manage SE team's schedule and availability
  • Track and report key metrics related to SE activities
  • Maintain accurate records of SE activities in Salesforce
  • Provide general administrative support to the SE team

Requirements For Solutions Engineer Support Specialist
