Lead Backend Engineer

As a Lead Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Revefi's cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. You will play a crucial role in leading the technical direction, architecture, and implementation of backend systems. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the design and architecture of highly scalable backend systems
• Developing code using Java, Python, C++, and other relevant technologies
• Implementing and maintaining Distributed Systems
• Optimizing system performance and scalability
• Providing mentorship to junior engineers

The ideal candidate will have:

• 7+ years of professional experience in backend development
• Expertise in designing cloud-based SaaS platforms
• Proficiency in building distributed systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues
