ReversingLabs is seeking a Federal Sales Manager to join their team. This role involves leveraging sales expertise to prospect and hunt for new business with United States Government Departments and Agencies, including defense, intelligence, law enforcement/justice, and public/civilian sectors. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of successful experience selling security software to Federal customers and deep knowledge of regulations, policies, and processes related to selling to US Government Departments and Agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and meet or exceed sales quota
- Identify and research potential clients
- Manage relationships with key decision-makers in Federal information security and technology departments
- Build a healthy opportunity pipeline and grow territory revenues
- Upsell existing clients
- Work with partner organizations to drive direct and indirect sales
- Practice sustained prospecting activity
- Work cross-functionally with various departments to advance opportunities
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience selling security software to Federal customers
- Direct experience building out public sector sales function in an early-stage organization
- SOAR, SIEM, or Application Security background preferred
- Expertise in managing sales opportunities from prospect to closure
- Demonstrated ability to forecast and manage information using SalesForce.com
- 4 Year Bachelor of Arts or Science degree preferred
