Description For Regional Sales Manager (DACH)

At ReversingLabs, we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager (DACH) to join our team and drive our software supply chain security and threat intelligence solutions. As a key player in our sales team, you will leverage your expertise to prospect for new business, grow our existing client base, and collaborate with enterprise-level clients to align them with the best ReversingLabs solutions.

Our company has become essential in advancing cybersecurity maturity globally, especially in light of notable breaches such as SolarWinds, CircleCI, and 3CX. We are the only company delivering the software package analysis speed and intelligence needed to protect against critical supply chain security risks.

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will:

  • Strategically plan and work to meet or exceed your sales quota
  • Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers in Fortune 500 companies
  • Develop a healthy opportunity pipeline and grow territory revenues
  • Upsell to existing clients and eventually lead a team
  • Work with partner organizations to drive both direct and indirect sales
  • Build relationships with channel partners and reps to improve deal flow
  • Practice sustained prospecting activity and work cross-functionally with various departments

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 15 years of sales experience with a background in AppSec and/or SOAR/SIEM/SOC
  • Prior startup and enterprise selling experience
  • Expertise in managing sales opportunities and using SalesForce.com
  • Extensive contacts in the information security field
  • Ability to travel and manage multiple high-priority tasks
  • Based in or around Frankfurt

Requirements For Regional Sales Manager (DACH)

  • 15 years of sales experience
  • AppSec and/or SOAR/SIEM/SOC background
  • Prior startup experience
  • Enterprise selling experience, specifically in the specified territory
  • Expertise in managing sales opportunities from prospect to closure
  • Ability to forecast and manage information using SalesForce.com
  • Extensive contacts in the information security field
  • Ability to manage multiple high priority tasks
  • 4 Year Bachelor of Arts or Science degree preferred
  • 5+ years successful experience in security software industry
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 30%
  • Current/active contacts in enterprise accounts
  • Experience and good channel relationships with the reseller/partner community
  • Based in or around Frankfurt
