Capacity Planning Engineer

RF360 Singapore Pte., Ltd. is seeking a Capacity Planning Engineer to join their semiconductor manufacturing operations. This role is integral to optimizing manufacturing processes and resource utilization in SAW and BAW filter production.

The position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking, focusing on four key areas: plant capacity management, manufacturing strategy, capital expenditure management, and strategic resource planning. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing methods for capacity planning, sequence operations, and production line layouts while ensuring optimal use of facilities and equipment.

As a Capacity Planning Engineer, you'll work closely with engineering teams to achieve operational excellence, creating and analyzing models to forecast production output and resource requirements. You'll be involved in critical decision-making processes regarding equipment selection, layout optimization, and production flow improvements.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, as you'll be collaborating with various teams and stakeholders.
