Responsibilities For Process Engineer_ Tape/Dicing

  • Monitor critical process parameters and support in maintaining/improve the process yield
  • Analyze process data and identify improvement actions
  • Provide technical solutions to problems relating to material or process
  • Maintain Work Instructions, Control Plan, FMEA & Process Control documents
  • Improve parts quality, handle MRB, contain questionable material, support customer return investigation
  • Implement corrective/preventive measures

Requirements For Process Engineer_ Tape/Dicing

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field
  • Degree in Mechanical/Material/Electrical/Electronic/Chemical Engineering
  • Experience working in high-volume and high product mix manufacturing environment
  • Prior experience in Tape & Reel or Stealth Dicing processes
  • Basic knowledge of SPC tools, DOE, FMEA, MSA
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Planning and Organizational skills
