Process Engineer_ Tape/Dicing

RF360 Singapore Pte., Ltd., a Qualcomm company, is seeking a Process Engineer specializing in Tape/Dicing operations. This role represents an exciting opportunity to join a leading technology innovator in the semiconductor industry.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Material, Electrical, Electronic, or Chemical) and preferably have experience in high-volume semiconductor assembly manufacturing.
