Site Production Engineer, Factory Operation Program Manager

Ring is looking for a qualified, innovative, and experienced Site Production Engineer to join our growing organization. In this position, you will oversee, plan, direct, and coordinate activities that support contractor/suppliers and the manufacturing process for our products. Engineering aptitude, a high attention to detail, leadership skills, and the ability to optimize the production process are necessary for this role.

Key responsibilities include:

• Documenting and standardizing production procedures
• Collaborating with the quality department for continuous improvements
• Implementing best practices in production
• Developing and implementing production processes and testing
• Minimizing costs while maximizing productivity
• Analyzing and presenting production data to management
• Supporting process engineering changes and Material Review Board activities
• Reviewing operational facility layouts for improvement
• Leading cross-competency teams for problem-solving and design improvements
• Defining and improving processes and working instructions

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 8 years of manufacturing/production engineering experience, specifically with electronic devices
• Experience in process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
• Cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams
• Stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in analytical approaches like Six Sigma, 8D, FMEA
• Experience with web-based tools like Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
• Understanding of ME and EE, including RF/Wireless technology
