Description For Product Developer - Knitwear Apparel

Rise & Fall is one of the fastest-growing startups in the UK, preparing for international expansion. They've demonstrated impressive growth, shipping over 100,000 products and tripling revenue in 2023. The company specializes in luxury clothing and homewares, offering factory-direct prices that are 40-80% lower than traditional retail.

As a B Corp certified company, they're committed to sustainability and conscious consumption, having eliminated hard chemicals from their supply chain and predominantly using organic materials. Their social responsibility extends to charitable giving, with over £20,000 donated to homelessness and women's support charities last year.

The Product Developer - Knitwear Apparel role is a crucial position within their growing team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can provide cross-functional support to the design and development team. This role requires a detail-oriented problem solver who can innovate and streamline processes while maintaining high-quality standards.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to join a company with ambitious plans to become one of the largest luxury goods retailers globally within the next decade. The role combines creative thinking with technical expertise, requiring someone who can manage end-to-end development processes while working collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Benefits include a competitive salary, generous holiday allowance, product discounts, and a positive work culture with regular team events. The hybrid work arrangement at their Portobello Road office provides an excellent work-life balance in one of London's most vibrant areas.
