Package Quality/Reliability Engineer

Rivos Inc is seeking a Package Quality/Reliability Engineer to join their team in HsinChu, Taiwan. This role is crucial for planning and executing package qualification for new products and test vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for comprehensive qualification plans covering packaging technology quality, reliability, assembly flow, and materials testing. They will work closely with silicon/package designers, system platform teams, and program managers to ensure successful product development and implementation.
