Senior Full Stack Engineer

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Ro, you will play a crucial role in transforming healthcare access through technology with delightful, intuitive web experiences and an end-to-end telemedicine platform serving all 50 states. You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team to design and build new applications, experiences, and platform extensions to scale patient-centric healthcare to millions of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive architecture, design, and implementation of new features in member experiences and care platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence roadmap and product development
• Ideate on future user experiences using qualitative and quantitative data
• Contribute to the team's architectural vision and technical roadmap
• Participate in code reviews and technical design documents

Requirements:

• 4+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficiency with Python and React/Typescript
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to refine ambiguous problems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated skills in delivering high-quality, well-documented code
• Passion for continuous learning and innovation
