The Role and Responsibilities

As a Founding Frontend Engineer, you will:

• Own 110% of the frontend development
• Work directly with the CTO and engineering team
• Implement changes based on company goals using NextJS
• Balance technical debt and engineering best practices
• Take ownership of product deadlines
• Work in-person 5 days a week in San Francisco

Required Skills and Experience

• 3-6 years of engineering experience with production systems
• Expertise in NextJS, Vercel, Firebase, and GraphQL
• Strong eye for design and implementation
• Experience with fast iteration cycles
• Proven track record of personal projects with scale
• Interest in travel and credit card points/miles
• Ability to work independently and push for faster delivery
