Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Robinhood Markets is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join their team at the intersection of data-driven insights and technological innovation. In this role, you'll work closely with application teams and AI practitioners to build, deploy, and iterate high-quality AI solutions at scale. You'll be instrumental in developing a centralized AI platform supporting agentic workflows and machine learning applications, ensuring seamless integration with Robinhood's existing systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning and implementing high-impact projects for the centralized AI platform
• Providing technical leadership in agentic AI workflows, machine learning model development, and data pipelines
• Engaging with technical leaders to refine Robinhood's AI development process
• Driving the development and deployment of cross-functional AI products
• Simplifying access to data for AI applications while ensuring security and governance

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in top-tier ML platform, ML Ops, or ML infrastructure projects
• A strong interest in AI and ML technologies
• Solid technical foundation and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ML platform services and tools
• Proficiency in Python and/or Golang
• Strong communication skills
