Responsibilities For Support Engineer

  • Act as first point of contact for technical issues resolution
  • Support Enterprise software and applications
  • Manage on-site infrastructure and remote connectivity issues
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding tasks
  • Participate in Release and Change Management
  • Deploy security releases and resolve compatibility issues
  • Improve processes and employee happiness
  • Analyze data to improve user journeys

Requirements For Support Engineer

Linux
  • Previous enterprise technical support experience with Google Workspace, Okta, Slack
  • Excellent customer service and troubleshooting abilities
  • Experience with macOS and other operating systems in enterprise environment
  • Previous experience with MDM solutions
  • Ability to administer VPNs, password managers, two-factor authentication, SSO and security protocols
