Senior React Native Developer - Octopus

Robusta Technology Group (RTG) is seeking a Senior React Native Developer to join their Octopus team. RTG is a leading tech consultancy group with a decade of experience, having delivered over 300 projects across Europe, the Middle East, and North America. Octopus, part of RTG, specializes in rapidly assembling remote global tech teams aligned with client culture and practices.

The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in mobile development to create high-quality applications for both iOS and Android. Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining mobile applications using React Native
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features
• Ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications across mobile platforms
• Identifying and fixing bugs through rigorous testing and debugging
• Staying current with mobile development trends and best practices
• Contributing to architecture and design of new mobile features
• Engaging in code reviews to maintain code quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in mobile app development, specifically with React Native
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks
• Experience with mobile app design guidelines for iOS and Android
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend integration
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Experience with Git and build tools
