Senior IAM Engineer

Rokt, a hyper-growth ecommerce leader valued at $2.4 billion USD, is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to join their team. This role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge ecommerce technology that handles millions of transactions per day and considers billions of data points.

The Senior IAM Engineer will report directly to the VP of Security Engineering and will be responsible for leading major initiatives around Identity Access Management across the entire Rokt organization. Key responsibilities include:

• Automating all access points and defining roles and privileges across different business departments
• Owning the development and implementation of IAM strategies
• Playing a major role in security awareness programs and training
• Ensuring high levels of compliance, reliability, and security for all IAM infrastructure
• Building and maintaining IAM policies across physical devices, API keys, cloud-based identities, web and mobile applications, and 2FA/SSO authentication

The ideal candidate will have:

• 6+ years of experience in Identity Access Management
• Expertise in modern SAML, MFA, Public Key Infrastructure, and Public Access Management
• Experience with tools like Saviynt or SailPoint
• Strong communication skills to effectively roll out initiatives across the organization
• Experience with macOS, AWS, and Kubernetes environments
