Software Engineer II - Partnerships

Rula is revolutionizing mental healthcare by making it accessible and stigma-free. We're on a mission to create a world where mental health is treated with the same importance as physical health. As a Software Engineer II on our Partnerships Core engineering team, you'll be instrumental in building our Partnerships platform that connects with Payers, PCPs, and Health Systems.

The role involves developing scalable systems that power data services across Rula and our partners. You'll be working with modern technologies including TypeScript, Node.js, Go, or Java, and will have the opportunity to work with distributed systems using event-based paradigms and technologies like Apache Kafka. The position requires expertise in cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and experience with containerized, 12-factor applications.

We offer a fully remote work environment for US-based employees, with competitive compensation ranging from $148,800 to $175,000, plus equity.
